Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 business days. Item(s) must be clean, in same brand new (resale-able) condition received; with all parts, accessories, tags and packaging. Items WITH ANY damage, stains or signs of wear are not accepted for return, unless they are defective. See "defective items" below. New items that are returned without the tags (and original box/packaging where applicable) are accepted for exchange or in-store credit only.
Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of the receipt of your order, so that our customer service specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. If you choose to contact us (within 5 days of receipt of your items) by phone; leave a message (if necessary) with your order number, name and phone number. This will preserve your return rights if you couldn't reach us. For items found defective, or determined to be damaged after 10 days have passed, you must contact the manufacturer about the merchandise. If the tag or manufacturers' website says "return to the place you bought the item," contact us, and we will do our best to help you with your warranty claim. Any warranty or guaranties expressed or implied are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, not Tack UP.
Please contact us if you need to make a return. You will need a return authorization number. We will supply you with a proper return address and instructions. No returns are accepted without this prior authorization. If you choose to contact us (within 10 days of receipt of your items) by phone, leave a message (if necessary) with your order number, name, and phone number. This will help us to serve you better, and preserve your return rights.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We will not accept CODs. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
Defective items will be exchanged for same item only, same color, unless otherwise decided by owner/management of Tack UP. Decisions made by owner/management are final. Purposely damaged, abused items, or articles of tack used for purposes other than intended, are not considered "defective" and will not be accepted for return. Customers "charging back" on orders actually received and/or un-returnable for any reason, according to our terms, will be prosecuted for fraud.
Terms Of Service, Use And Warranty
Tack UP of Marquette, it's agents, employees and owner(s) shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products listed for sale on this site, or on our Storenvy site. We do not guarantee fitness for use, the performance of any of the products, safety, or reliability of any product. Any warranty made or implied is made or implied by the manufacturer of the product alone. Helmet safety and standards are set by the manufacturer, or appropriate association (ASTM, SEI etc.) Tack UP does not guarantee the safety or standards of any riding helmet or safety stirrup sold by us. Furthermore you agree, by purchasing or using these "safety" products, to hold Tack UP, it's owners, employees and agents harmless, and not liable for any damages, injury or death arising out of the use of such products. The decision to use any product, or decide the fitness (for use) of any article of tack or safety product sold by Tack UP, is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.
Tack UP does not share or sell your personal information with anyone for advertising purposes. We do not use or share your name, address and phone number except to fulfill and ship your order. We do not store, collect or retain your credit card number or other bank information on our website or physical premises. We use Paypal to securely transfer your payment to us. We do not receive any of your financial information from Paypal. Only your name, address, phone number, and order details are shown to us, so that we may process and ship your order. Your safety and security is very important to us!
Acceptable Site Use
This website is dedicated to a business, Tack UP. It is an e-commerce shopping site and no other use is permitted. The site may only be used for lawful purposes. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this site or using it to obtain products not properly ordered and fully paid for. Users may not send unsolicited email messages ("spam") to or through the site or otherwise harass the site owner or other users. We reserve the right to refuse to deal with any user who violates our rules as described herein.
In the event that Tack UP of Marquette inadvertently or mistakenly has listed any product at an incorrect price, or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Tack UP of Marquette reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price. We will not charge you the correct price without further permission from you, the customer.

Tack UP loves to get feedback from our customers. Let us know that you like something or you don't. Your feedback helps us decide what products we will continue to carry.
When leaving ratings for our business, however, remember that accuracy of order, customer service quality, and speed of delivery are what you are rating. We do not make the tack we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your items received, contact us to discuss why you are unhappy. We will try to help you return or exchange your item, or file a claim with the manufacturer when necessary.
